Our Refund/Return Policy!

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 Returns and Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Due To Change Of Mind or Exchanges:

1. KVRM ASSOCIATES will happily accept returns due to change of mind or exchanges as long as a request to return is received by us within 5-7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-salable condition.

2. Return shipping charges will be paid at the customers expense when placing a return request, i.e., Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping charges at the time of placing return request.


Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

4. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

5. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use.

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Once returns are received and accepted after inspection by the vendor, (KVRM ASSOCIATES) will refund the value of the goods returned to the original payment method within 2-7 business days upon the receipt of returned items, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
